The eBook is sent via email each month. If you are not receiving the emails, check your SPAM folder. The emails can sometimes get filtered by your email provider.

The link in the email does not link directly to the MP3 files. It links to a page that has the MP3s each broken out by section. We like letting people follow along with the journal. So some of the journal sections have their respective MP3s listed online.

Instead of trying to download the link, click on it to go to our website where you can find the audio.

There are 5 issues per year. The journal is sent bi-monthly, but to coincide with our large educational base, we do not send it out for 2 months in the summer. This is typically July and August.

The eBook can easily be printed on standard 8.5" x 11" or A4 paper. The colored backgrounds will not be a problem, allowing you to easily read the text.

While we haven't tested our eBooks on every eReader, it is a PDF document that should be able to be read on many of them. We have optimized it for Adobe Reader (free) and therefore recommend that as the best application to use.

We offer our monthly eBooks in either Simplified or Traditional Chinese characters. This allows for students to choose an easier character set to begin with. Our monthly journal ebook is sent out once a month to all subscribers. You will not receive yours immediately after payment, but rather, at the same time each month. 

The monthly Chinese language learning eBooks are similar to our journals. They are created as PDFs and optimized for that medium. However, content-wise, they are almost identical. If you purchase the monthly eBooks or the journal, you'll gain the same benefit.

Our monthly Chinese learning eBooks are sent once a month. An email along with a download link will be sent to you.

If your order is for 10 or more journals you will get the group rate. This is independent of which journal you order.

We ship within the continental United States. Our digital goods may be purchased from anywhere in the world.

The journal is mailed out around the 20th of the month. Please allow a few days for delivery depending on location.

The journal is roughly 100 pages. Since it is mailed bi-monthly, it contains 2 month's worth of content.

If you would like to change to another eBook during your subscription, contact us, and your next issue will be the one you have changed to.

For example, if you are currently receiving the monthly Beginner eBook in the Traditional character set, but would like to change to the Beginner eBook in the Simplified character set, you may do so.

Our goal is to help you learn, not to lock you down.

We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay with PayPal or by check if you prefer. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, the balance for any remaining issues will be refunded to you. This applies to our monthly eBooks and journals.

Yes. Annual subscriptions renew at the end of the 10 months of service.
