Andrew R. Miller, CEO, has been a leader in the education and training industry for over 15 years. He founded and successfully grew a multi-region business skills training and language education company in Europe for nearly 10 years, counting among his company’s clients several global entities, such as Coca-Cola, Siemens Corporation, the Volkswagen Group, Philips, etc. He has trained many teachers and trainers, educated hundreds of students, and has developed and implemented market-leading methodologies noted for excellence and superb ROIs. He remains attuned to the educational industry and technological innovation frontiers, and continually pursues pedagogical, andragogical, and other developmental skills and knowledge. He earned a BSEE from Purdue University, an MBA from Babson College, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in leadership. Andrew enjoys hiking, swimming, and traveling, especially in relation to learning about various cultures and languages. Andrew is passionate about building bridges between peoples – especially between the East and the West - via language and cultural education in order to promote understanding, mutual respect, and cooperation.

Baifeng Sun, President and founder of Learn Yu Wen, has been an educator and leader for over 20 years, having served in increasingly responsible positions in China and the USA. Among her many career highlights include launching the first online learning classroom between China and North America; publishing the Comprehensive Reading Series for high school students in China; founding the Publishing Center of Learn Chinese Language and Culture in cooperation with a significant national publishing house in mainland China; and, serving as Editor-in-Chief of the monthly journals published. (The journal has been continually recommended by the College Board as supplementary preparatory material for AP Chinese.) Ms. Sun earned an MS in Management and a BA from the Foreign Studies University in Beijing, China. She is pursuing doctoral studies in education, which is her passion. 

Jozef Nagy

Jozef Nagy, III, VP and CIO, is a technology leader and practitioner with over seven years of first rate industry experience. He continually avails himself of the latest technologies and trends with a focus on how they are changing the way businesses operate. As old business models are shaken up by new ones, Jozef is at the forefront exploring ways to capitalize on these changes. In his spare time Joe produces audiobooks of out of print literature and poems for the blind. Joe earned his BS in Computer Sciences from the University of Massachusetts and continues to pursue graduate studies in the field in addition to numerous industry certifications.

Dr. Shuyu “Gloria” Yan, VP and an Editor-in-Chief, has been a highly energetic and passionate proponent of Chinese language education and culture, serving in various university professorial roles for over 10 years in China and the USA.  Dr. Yan contributed significantly to the Chinese National Education reform program.  During her time as a scholar, she has published several books and textbooks.  Dr. Yan considers it her personal mission to promote Chinese language and culture to facilitate communication and harmony among nations, especially between the East and the West. She continues to research and develop ever improving educational innovations in order to optimize learning efficiencies and effectiveness. Gloria earned her PhD in comparative education from East China Normal University (Shanghai).
