Question: I purchased a subscription to one of the eBooks, can I change it to another eBook?
Answer:

If you would like to change to another eBook during your subscription, contact us, and your next issue will be the one you have changed to.

For example, if you are currently receiving the monthly Beginner eBook in the Traditional character set, but would like to change to the Beginner eBook in the Simplified character set, you may do so.

Our goal is to help you learn, not to lock you down.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer:

We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay with PayPal or by check if you prefer. 

Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, the balance for any remaining issues will be refunded to you. This applies to our monthly eBooks and journals.

Question: I moved. How do I update my address?
Answer:

Please contact us and we'll update your account information.

Question: Is the subscription recurring?
Answer:

Yes. Annual subscriptions renew at the end of the 12 months of service.
